Cocos chicken and sushi

This place in Merritt is truly a hidden gem. Throughout our stay, we dined here multiple times and at each visit, this place surpassed all expectations. From fresh ingredients to generous portions and delightful, attentive staff, every aspect was exceptional. We indulged in Korean fried chicken, salmon sushi bake, and California rolls, each surpassing our expectations. The Korean fried chicken was particularly outstanding, and the sushi bake was simply divine. The presentation of the dishes added to the overall experience. I absolutely recommend this place.

I’ve visited many sushi restaurants but Cocos in Merritt truly stands out as the best. The sushi is incredibly fresh and extremely good. The service is exceptional, and the owners create such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It’s rare to find this level of quality and hospitality in one place. A solid 5/5!

This was such a surprised. Cute little sushi place in Merritt with really good food and service! First time trying a sushi bake, and still finding myself craving it. They also had this amazing California salad. The in house dressing was so good. Other things we ordered was a spider roll, fried chicken, Spring rolls, and a veggie roll. The prices reflect the portion and quality. Definitely a stop ill be coming back to when visiting Merritt.

THE BEST SUSHI IN TOWN!! Hands down, one of the best restaurants in Merritt. Amazing service, the staff are so great and friendly. A wonderful place to take small children, great family restaurant. Clean, and 10/10 for food presentation. The thickness of the sashimi was the largest I've ever had, and so fresh tasting. Their chicken is SO GOOD. Everything we tried was great. The portions of food are fabulous; we had plenty of leftovers to take home. I can't say enough good things about how the staff treated us and our small crazy children so well! They literally gave our children containers of play-doe to stay occupied, and the staff were so welcoming and happy. The energy there was great and definitely because of the wonderful staff. You won't be disappointed!

Food was excellent, essentially equivalent to Vancouver quality. Ordered fried chicken (which was already filling enough for me), salmon sashimi and a roll that i forgot the name to. Great overall. Please visit this place for some sushi if you ever visit Merritt :)

Simple and basic surroundings, genuine artwork on the walls, the tables are clean and new. Would like to see more themed character added over time Excellent quailty food, hot and fresh, not a sushi fan myself, however my son says it's really good, on my side the crispy fried Korean chicken was great too Lots of sushi options. Worth checking out if you're in the area

Love this new place in Merrit! Very friendly staff, amazing food, really good value. Try the Korean fried chicken (half if you're on your own, portions are huge) and the California Salad (again, huge). So good!
